Problem Map

Capture at the top; new items land in the red tray until attached to a root problem. Each cluster is a root problem and the issues under it are the evidence. Vote with dots directly on the cluster headers, then promote the winners to Breadcrumbs.

Breadcrumbs

Root problem to value driver to capability to measurable outcome. A completed breadcrumb IS a pilot success criterion; the export builds the criteria table from every complete card. AI draft fills the fields from construction execution methodology (EVM, CII AWP, Last Planner, first-time quality); the room reviews and edits.

Actions

Every open item gets an owner and a date. Scan adds an action for each incomplete breadcrumb, each cluster missing a root statement, and any unclustered issues.
